David Lowe is a Montana Certified Residential Appraiser, Arizona Certified Appraiser and Arizona Realtor. He got his Real Estate License in 2005. When the very stringent qualification of the Dodd-Frank Bill was implemented, David changed gears and began appraising residential real estate. He has appraised thousands of homes and earned the Certification Level Appraiser in both Montana and Arizona. He is also an FHA and VA approved appraiser.

David grew up on his family’s farm in Wisconsin that was known around the world for their Arabian Horses. The Lowe family imported many famous horses from Egypt and Poland. The Arabian Stallion Aramus was a joint venture with David’s Grandparents and parents who imported him from Poland. He was an instant hit in the US winning many National Champion Titles. He caught the eye of singer Wayne Newton who purchased him and named his Las Vegas Ranch after him. David has kept up the tradition and is a judge and breeder of Arabians. The Lowe’s farm also raised exotic animals including: giraffes, rhinos, llamas, cheetahs, tigers, etc.

David graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He also earned an MBA from Regis University In Denver.

He owned and operated several successful small businesses including: Pikes Peak Stable in Colorado Springs and Lowe’s Haciendas Assisted Living Facilities in Arizona.

On vacation in 1999, David was instantly enamored with Flathead Lake. He purchased a cabin a year later and became a resident of Montana. Like all Montanans, he enjoys the great outdoors including hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, boating or water skiing.

I’m Robin, and along with my wife Theresa, we made a life-changing decision in 2018. We chose to leave behind the hectic rat race of big city life in Salt Lake and embark on a new adventure in Montana. It has been a journey filled with gratitude as we immerse ourselves in the wonderful community, surrounded by incredible people and unparalleled natural beauty.

Our values are deeply rooted in family and community, and we cherish the warmth and genuine smiles we encounter every day. We find joy in connecting with people, and our passion lies in making a positive impact through our work.

With over 30 years of experience in construction and inspections, we have honed our skills and gained invaluable knowledge. I held licenses as a General Contractor and General Engineering Contractor for over 10 years in Utah, and we also owned a Contractors Licensing School for 9 years. Throughout our journey, I had the privilege of authoring the original 20-hour pre-licensure course required by the State of Utah for the Association of General Contractors there. In addition, we have provided our expertise as expert witnesses in multiple cases.

I, Robin, am also a Certified Home Inspector with the accreditation number NACHI19052323. Together, Theresa and I are committed to ensuring that you feel completely at ease with your home purchase. We believe in offering assistance, not just in our professional capacity, but in every possible way.

We love what we do, and we genuinely want to help. It would be our pleasure to guide you through the process, answering your questions, and ensuring your peace of mind. Let us be a part of your journey and help you feel comfortable in your new home.

Conklin  Home Inspections is a certified home inspection business based in Kalispell, Montana, and serve the greater Kalispell communities, including Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Flathead Lake, Flathead County, Lake County and Glacier County.

I grew up in the Flathead Valley. After graduating from Flathead High, I attended college in the Seattle area where I met my wife. In 2018 we returned to the Valley to raise our kids.

As a home inspector, my goal is to give you an absolutely unbiased inspection. When a client is searching for the right house, they are looking at the character and layout of the home and how it will fit their lifestyle. As an inspector, I come in to see the functionality of the systems of the home, its construction, and its flaws. Whether I've been hired by the buyer or seller, my job is the same - to paint an accurate picture of the home.

Licensed in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming.

About Our Founder
Joe began his surveying career in 1951 with the California State Division of Highways (CALTRANS). He left CALTRANS as the Transportation Surveyor Party Chief in the early 70’s to accept the role as Party Chief on the very first subdivision survey in Castle Rock, CO. In 1974 Joe went on to work for Powers Elevation Company as Party Chief for crews surveying elevations for new and existing oil and gas wells. In the mid-80’s, Joe made the decision to form his own company, Joe Kehl & Associates, Inc. Providing surveying services to Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and Colorado. Joe’s survey experience combined the days of chains and transit as a way to identify distance and direction, to the latest advancements of technology, satellites and equipment in the 21stcentury.

Joe’s son Randy joined him in the field every summer as a young boy, up and until he graduated high school. While helping his dad with tasks, Joe taught Randy the importance behind every step necessary to complete an accurate survey. Randy went on to study at Montana State, getting his degree in Geology. A passion he developed from the time spent out in the field with his dad. Randy worked for a number of companies including US Silica as the Corporate Geologist overseeing all mines.

Randy joined Joe Kehl & Associates when his Joe fell ill with cancer. He continued to work with father up and until Joe was no longer able to work. Randy continued Joe’s legacy by taking over Joe Kehl & Associates after his father passed in 2005.

Joe was widely known as a strong and quiet man. Who believed that a person’s actions were far more important than words. He took great pride in his profession, working hard for every client to their complete their job correctly. His hard-work ethics came from early life experiences. Overcoming a severe speech disorder, often traveling across country by train alone as a small boy in order to work with specialists. A man of absolute patience and compassion, Joe’s traits carried over as a husband, father and often a mentor to younger apprentices hoping to learn the profession.
Joe is greatly missed by his family and loved ones, and by those that worked with him over the years. To this day, Randy still receives calls from clients that previously worked with Joe. Who return to Kehl Survey Solutions when needs arise, as they know they will receive thorough and reliable support. Even on the most difficult types of projects.

I am a 5th generation Montana native. I have spent most of my life enjoying every bit of our humble valley.

I started my construction endeavors fabricating and installing HVAC systems. From there I moved on to building homes. I was fortunate enough to work with a small family company where we were able to perform all the aspects of the projects, from digging the hole, pouring the foundation all the way through to drywall, paint and trim. I took great pleasure and satisfaction having a hand in the craftsmanship of these family homes. From there I decided to try my hand in the inspection business. My father had been a broker here in the valley for 35 years, so I have been around the industry in one way or another my entire life.
