Tim and his wife Brandie who work together and own and operate Trailhead Realty Group moved to the Flathead Valley in 2005 to raise their children in the lake town and performing arts community of Bigfork. Tim grew up in Southern California in San Juan Capistrano where he enjoyed mountain biking, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, surfing, skateboarding and hiking later he moved to the mountains of California where he and his family lived in the small idyllic town of Idyllwild where he enjoyed the Seasons, rock climbing, hiking, fishing and mountain biking his love for the outdoors has always been a big part of his lifestyle and moving to Montana was on his mind since he was a child in 2005 he made that dream a reality and moved the family where they have raised their kids and flourished in the small town, down home living. Tim realized there is no place like the Big Sky Country to call home. With gorgeous Summer days, and world class skiing and beauty right out the back door, who could blame him?

Valarie Kittle, Real Estate Agent

The newest addition to Trailhead Realty Group, Valarie was Raised in Montana knowing the Valley from a young age she brings a wealth of knowledge from the school districts to the local hang outs, the hiking trails to the different communities and what they have to offer. 

Valarie started off in Bigfork school and finished her High School years at Glacier High she then went off to Portland State University where she studied and got her degrees in Secondary Education, English, Business and Japanese after graduating she left for Japan where she taught Japanese/English from infant all the way up to business associates she returned home to Montana when covid began and went to work for a Historic Hotel Company as a Front Desk Manager up to Assistant General Manager when the company was bought in 2023 she worked on getting her Real Estate license and joined her family in the business.

Being raised by a mother in real estate and a father in construction she has learned through the years hands on by joining them on showing homes and working side by side on construction sites both aspects of how the industries work. Valarie also relates to her generation on what they are looking for in a home and property and what lifestyle they want to achieve. 

Valarie enjoys hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, swimming and reading all with her trusty four legged companion Gizmo who joins her on almost every adventure if you come by the office you are sure to see Gizmo hanging around. The outdoor life is what Valarie is all about she wants everyone to enjoy what the outdoors have to offer and the Montana Life.
